A free truck? Can it be? Yes it can. We let anyone who rents a unit from us use our truck for free one time (you have to pay for gas.) You can use it again for $30.00, which is still cheaper than renting a truck anywhere else. We want you to have a good stay with us, and want to find ways to make your stay as positive as possible.

Parkway Storage is serious about security, and we know what you’re storing is important to you. Our state-of-the-art security systems are in place at all times tracking all access to the facility by both access codes at all entry points and continuous security-camera monitoring. 25+ cameras provide Parkway Storage with 24-hour monitored security. Our security features include: • High visibility on acreage in a commercial/business district. • Maximum nighttime lighting. • Well-lit interior and exterior areas. • Interior and exterior surveillance cameras. • Photo surveillance of all vehicles and facial pictures of tenants entering the property. • Access limited to tenants who enter a personal code into the computer-controlled access system. Each unit is required to be secured with a state of the art Cylinder Lock. These advanced locks cannot be cut like most padlocks and their extreme durability prevent break-ins into your unit. Advanced video surveillance systems patrol the entire site. The surveillance is not only a live feed under 24 hour watch, but it is also being recorded. We keep the footage on hand to catch anything out of the ordinary. Your items will live in a gated communit with industrial-strength access control and security management systems that exceed the security of most homes and businesses. Tall iron gates with coded access pads secure the perimeter and keep out unwanted guests. Each “resident” has his or her own access code that will tell us who is in the gated area, when they arrive, and when they leave. Their is also a camera at the access gate to get a visual of who is accessing the gated property. Well-lit lots and hallways prevent unwanted guests and provide easier, safer access when dark. Each hallway is lit using a motion activated system. This makes it so that each guest is clearly visible by our camera at all time of the day.

Climate Control Units are available in all of our normal storage unit sizes, plus a 5×5x5 and a 5×5x3 locker. See our storage unit page to determine what size you will need. Our climate controlled units keep your belongings away from Utah’s ever-changing weather. In the rain, snow, and shine, your belongings will always be kept at a moderate temperature to keep your them in the same condition as when they were first stored, free of mold and mildew. Climate controlled storage is best for storing items of value as well as any items that need to be stored in a controlled environment to stay in good condition. We offer climate controlled storage units to help protect your sensitive equipment and belongings from extreme hot or cold temperatures that could otherwise cause cracking, splitting and aging. Climate control keeps the temperature from falling below 60 degrees or rising above 80 degrees. Our climate-controlled units and hallways also provide a cleaner environment by filtering dust particles out of the air. This will keep items more clean and fresh. Most importantly, our temperature-friendly facility helps to increase your personal comfort when moving your belongings in and out of storage or when visiting the facility. You may want a climate controlled unit if you have any: Electronics (computers, TVs, etc) Appliances (washers, dryers, etc.) Food Storage Musical instruments (such as pianos that may be sensitive to changes in wheather especially humidity which may rust or rot wood) Pharmaceutical products Paper products (books, files, important documents which may deteriorate due to high humidity Furs -You may want to store in a cold environment during the summer months when not in use

Parkway Storage is the newest self-storage facility in Utah County, and our reliable maintenance staff makes sure that our location is always kept in pristine condition. With a new security system installed, we can assure you that your unit is always being watched over, whether you are here, out of the state, or even out of the country!

Our 14 ft moving truck is also available for your convenience to move all of your belongings into your unit in one trip.

We are conveniently located in Orem off of I-15, near UVSC. Take exit 269 for University Pkwy and head West. Take a Right onto Geneva Road. We are half a mile down the road on the Left side.
